چکیده
A pheochromocytoma of the urinary bladder in an 18-year-old male patient with typical clinical symptoms is reported. The blood pressure after micturition was above 300 mm Hg, the vanillylmandelic acid concentration in the 24-hour urinary excretion was elevated 4 or 5 times. Computed tomography and sonography were especially suited for diagnostic localization. The postoperative course has to be supervised, especially as recurrence has been observed.
